Terms and Conditions
All transactions with RB Discount via this web site, telephone or mail order etc., are subject to the following terms and conditions. Please read these carefully.
1./ Your order for goods is subject to availability. If any item ordered is unavailable we will contact you to offer you the option of a refund, substitute item or placing the item on back order. However we will not be held responsible for any losses you suffer if we do not supply the goods.
2./ Most of the goods sold by us are of a technical nature. All drawings, descriptions and specifications are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of goods. Hence, we cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies in description or illustration. If you have any questions please contact us. Specifications and illustrations are subject to change.
3./ Delivery is charged as shown in the How to Order page.
4./ Payment may be made using any if the methods explained in the How to Order page. Please note goods will only be despatched once your funds have been cleared by our bank. We cannot be held responsible for delay’s caused by your bank or inconsistent payment details etc.
5./ You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of ordering. If you decide to exercise this right, you must first contact us. You must arrange and meet the cost of return, all goods returned must be complete in the original packing and in their original unused despatched condition to obtain a full refund. Please note certain items such as personnel items etc., may not be returned. If a refund is made it will be minus postage and credit card fees.
6./ All goods remain the property of RB Discount until payment has been received and cleared in full.
7./ We regret we cannot accept orders or make deliveries to addresses outside mainland Britain, unless agreed. Deliveries shall be made in reasonable time, once payment has been received and cleared. We shall not be held liable for any losses, costs ,damages, charges or expenses, etc., caused by delay or delivery of goods.
8./ We cannot be held responsible to you for any failure or delay in performance of contract, if it is due to an event beyond our control.
9./ As soon as we have delivered the goods to you, you will be responsible for them. If at the time of delivery, the package is damaged, it must be signed for as such. On accepting delivery , unless you check the goods they must be signed fir as ‘unchecked’ to the courier. Damaged goods will only be only be replaced or refund given if goods have been signed for as ‘unchecked’, and you must ensure we receive notification within 2 days of delivery. Upon which we shall offer advice regarding a refund, replacement, repair etc. As we do not have a swap out service you the customer must arrange return. If we have agreed to refund the extra postage cost it will always be for the cheapest rate, - Royal Mail Standard Parcels.
10./ If the item is returned for whatever reason, the item must be well packaged and sent complete in original packaging. The item must be sent adequately insured, the cost of return must be met by you. Once a refund is given, the title of the goods will become RB Discount. Refund will be minus postage cost’s.
11/ Goods may only be returned if we have approved the return,. Any goods returned as faulty and upon testing not found to be defective/ in working order, they will be returned to you, and administration fee of 20% of the price of goods, along with all costs of postage incurred by us will be charged to recover our losses.
12./ We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in our suppliers prices, or the imposition of new taxes and duties, or if due to an error or omission the price published for the goods is incorrect. we try to ensure prices displayed on our web site are correct. If there is a problem we will inform you the correct price and offer you the goods at the correct price.
13./ We cannot be held responsible for any orders held up due to incorrect payment details provided by you.
14./ We do not offer credit facilities, goods must be paid for in full.
15./ Please refer to our About Us page for guarantee details and product descriptions. The invoice will offer advice on procedure or service. Goods are intended for household use and we can not offer guarantee for commercial use or items which have been misused or modified etc. We cannot be held liable for any loss/damage/injury/death caused by use of the goods. When an item is sold with a manufacturer or distributor guarantee, you must contact and arrange repair of the goods at your own cost . You the customer are responsible for sending items for repair at your own cost and risk The goods should not be returned to us as we do not have service facilities.
16./ If you have a complaint, please contact us.
17./ We reserve the right to charge for failed delivery to recover our losses.
18./ Certain goods such as clearance items are sold without warranty or guarantee, we shall not be held liable for any loss/damage to yourself or property.
19./ As we sell at a low price, we do not offer a home approval service, any goods returned in working will not qualify for a full refund. Refund of item price will always be minus 20% admin fee, minus credit card fee and minus postage.. If at the point of sale an item has been described as Graded, and you have misunderstood it as new , you cannot return the item as it was not implied as new at point of sale.
20./ The information contained in this web site is given in good faith, we cannot be held responsible for any errors or inaccuracy. The information on this web site or descriptions or illustrations should not be relied on and does not constitute any form of advice or recommendation. By using this web site you can confirm that you have not relied on such information.

22./ The contract between us shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in courts of England and Wales, with English as the only language.
23./ We cannot accept liability for any corruption or loss of data, or any other loss or damage caused by the use of this web site to your item(s), pc or yourself.
