How to Order
After finding the product you wish to purchase, just add it into your cart and either continue shopping or go to the checkout, where you will be asked to provide delivery details. After entering the delivery details select the type of payment. Once you have selected the payment type you will be directed to either to WORLDPAY or PAYPAL SECURE websites. All Transactions for RB DISCOUNT ELECTRICALS ARE HANDLED SECURELY BY WORLDPAY OR PAYPAL . You may also pay with NOCHEX. Alternatively, you can contact us to place an order by email (never email your card details), telephone or by post. If sending order by post please write the order out or print and fill in the order form by clicking here.
Types of Payment
Major Credit Cards are accepted and processed SECURELY through our Transaction Providers, WorldPay service or PayPal. If you have a NoChex account you can complete the ordering process as instructed and we will then contact you later for you to arrange payment.
If sending the order by post, payment can be by cheque or postal order made payable to RB Discount Electricals.
Delivery and Postage
Items are usually sent through Initial CityLink or Royal Mail Parcels. After we receive your order, we will contact you to obtain a convenient delivery date. Your order will generally be despatched once payment has cleared, We generally use a Next Day Premium Express Delivery Service for large packages to get the item to you quickly and safely.
Delivery charges vary with package size.
We do not tend to Delivery outside mainland UK.
