NEW:
This is Brand New stock and is supplied with a manufacturer warranty.
MANUFACTURER GRADE B:
Fully tested and refurbished by the manufacturer these items are generally as new and supplied with a manufacturer guarantee, unless otherwise stated. An item can be Graded due to any of the following : discontinued / surplus stock, ex display / ex demo, slight cosmetic blemish, damaged packaging, undelivered stock, acc variation etc, Fully tested by Manufacturer and guaranteed.
GRADE B:
As some Manufacturer do not have Grading facilities, they are Graded by a Distributor, Fully tested and refurbished by distributor and generally as new,, supplied with a distributor guarantee, guarantee period can vary. . An item can be Graded due to any of the following : discontinued / surplus stock, ex display / ex demo, slight cosmetic blemish, damaged packaging, undelivered stock, acc variation etc, Fully tested by distributor offered with a return to distributor guarantee mostly.
GRADE C:
These items are generally mail order return / clearance items which are tested by distributor and are in working order. They will have some signs of use and are sold with guarantee, guarantee, can vary. These items offer huge savings. Condition can vary so if you require information about a specific item, please email us.
Extended Guarantees / Product Replacement Guarantees
